NTU CAC Breakdancing club is a sub club of NTU Cultural Activities Club which was officially set up last year at April 2006 by the founders, B-boy Weeter, B-boy Queck and B-boy Erwin, as the first chairperson of the club.

Breakdance, also known as breaking or b-boying/b-girling, is a street dance style that evolved as part of the hip hop movement, apart from popping, locking, beatbox-ing and some other street dancing style.

The club currently have about 50 members, and have performed in several events such as Arts from the Hearts, CAC Joint Dance Concert, NTU Open House, NTU Family Day, and during the recent Recruitment Fair.

With the instructors, Mr Alex and Mr Weeter from Fuyo Crew, NTU CAC Breakdancing club aims to promote the breakdancing culture to students, from beginners to experienced breakers.
