Follow these
steps closely:
Please
read through the Rules and Regulation and understand it
thoroughly before registering.
Please click on the “Register” button at the bottom of this
page. You will be able to access the online registration
form for our event.
Please fill in all the particulars of your team members on
the online registration form and tick the two disclaimer
boxes.
You
will be redirect to a printable page, please print out the
printable page and submit it with S$40 (cash or cheque) on
3/11/2007 during the Concrete Canoe Workshop. Failing to do
so, will render your team DISQUALIFIED.

A
receipt will be issued once you make the payment.
Payment
Guidelines:
Please
be reminded that you need to submit the payment by
cash
or
cheque.
For payments by cheque, please make the cheque payable to
“Nanyang Technological University”.
Please
indicate your Group Number, full name of the person in
charge and contact number at the back of the cheque.
No bank draft, money order or other sources of payments
will be accepted.
Please print out the printable page and submit it with the
cash or cheque on 3rd November during the Second Mass
Briefing.
You may also mail the cheque to us before
31st October 2007.

The Registration Fee is $40 per
group for a minimum of 6 person (3 male and 3 female),
maximum of 10 person.
