Phase 3: Exhibition

During May 2009, an exhibition, or a symposium will be organized whereby the participants will be given an opportunity to showcase their ideas and the applications proposed. Each team will be provided with a booth to present their ideas, research and the prudence of their application.
It is a full day event which will be carried out in two rounds. Round One will involve presentations made by the teams on their topics. During Round Two the judges will visit the booths set up by the participating teams and accordingly provide an assessment at the end of it. The two rounds will count for 60% of the total score. At the end total scores fetched by each team will be summed up and the top three teams will be awarded prizes. Certificates of Participation will be provided to each of the participants and a token of appreciation will be provided to the judges.
Being a competition, the best will be rewarded for their hard work and ingenuity.
