* Registration is based on first come-first serve basis. On receiving your Interest, you will be notified for confirmation of your registration.
Rules of the contest:
Note:
1. You can take part in both singing and dance contests. (only one entry in each)
2. In case of participation as a group, only the Group Leader should express interest for the event.
Rules specific to ‘Sing ur Soul’
1. You are allowed to sing any song of your choice (Singing is a must)
2. No limit to Group size (can be solo or group)
3. Karaoke is allowed (only instrumental) or instruments’ accompaniment. (The participants are responsible to arrange for the musical instruments/music for karaoke)
4. In case of karaoke, you will have to submit your own audio track in the appropriate format, before the event. (details will be emailed to you)
5. Max. allowed duration for performance: 3.5 mins
6. Judges’ decision will be final.
Rules specific to ‘Rock n Roll’
1. You are allowed to perform any dance of your choice.
2. No limit to Group size (can be solo or group)
3. You will have to submit your own audio track for the dance in the appropriate format, before the event. (details will be emailed to you)
4. Max. allowed duration for performance: 3.5 mins
7. Use of props is allowed. (The participants are responsible to arrange for their own props and costumes)
5. Judges’ decision will be final
Rehearsal:
A rehearsal cum practice session will be held on 11th March 2013 at the same venue where you would be performing on the day of the event. Such an exercise would not only give you an idea about the stage and lights but would also boost your confidence. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the rehearsal.
