Event Director

* Planning and brainstorming major and minor events for JAC
* Leading the subcommers to execute events related to Japanese Culture

Honorary General Secretary

* Memorandum of committee meetings
* Disseminating information
* Assisting the President/Vice President with paper work
* Miscellaneous tasks
* Doing proposals

Financial Controller

* Controls the club’s financial inflow and outflow
* Prepares financial statements
* Settling payments and claims
* Overal financial management

Business Manager

* Getting sponsorships
* Finding business opportunities
* Prepare business proposals

Public Relations Director

* Liaising with outside parties
* Maintaining a friendly relationship with important organizations
* Identifying and realizing opportunities of co-operation
* Club Translator

Publicity Director

* In charge of all the publicity matters such as
1. Flyer distribution
2. Banner design and painting
3. Poster design
* Generally to create publicity for the club and club’s events

Communications Director
* Drafting of mass email
* Update Facebook
* Collate RSVP list and participants’ info for events

New Media Management:
* Take photos for JAC events and blog about the events
* Blog in website about things related to Japanese Culture (Music, Food Review, Fashion, Games etc)
* Moderate blog posting/comments made by others
* Maintain website/Redesign if necessary
