Our Annual General Meeting will be happening on the 31st of August 2011, where the 29th Management Committee will be voted in by our very own members!
Date: 31st August 2011
Venue: Tutorial Room 121 (SS4-01-25) (Map)
Time: 7:00pm (Nominees should arrive at 6:45pm)
The agenda for the day will consist of the President’s Annual Report, the Treasurer’s Annual Report, followed by the elections proper.
Should you be interested in running for the 29th Management Committee, do check out the responsibilities and scopes of each committee position, before filling in this form.
The deadline for the application will be at 23:59 on Sunday, the 28th of August 2011.
Each applicant will be given 5 minutes to convince the audience present at the AGM to vote for them. Applicants may also wish to prepare some presentation slides and a speech.

For all 29th Management Committee hopefuls, do also send in a profile picture of yourself to enquiries[at]ntupvs[dot]org and we will actually consolidate all applicants and upload them on our facebook page.
Membership Registration will also be open during the AGM, so if you are interested in joining the club, or if you have any friends that missed our CCA booth and our Welcome Tea, do come down to register.
