| The NTU Symphonic Band logo was launched during our annual concert, Sojourn 1999, at the Victoria Concert Hall. Our logo creates not only a common identity among our members, it also forges an identity for members of the public who have been so ever supportive since the band’s inception. |  |
The center of the log bears our
University’s name, NTU, in abbreviation. The 3 curves at the
top right-hand corner of the logo represent the 3 instrumental sections
of the band – namely the Woodwinds, the Brasses, and the Percussion.
The circle at the top represents our conductor leading the 3 sections
in unison, the figure-head of the band. |

As a whole, the logo depicts a young, vibrant and energetic person representing the spirit living within every NTUSB member, and our strong desire to strive towards music excellence.
