Official Launch of the Chinese Version of
"Patchwork Of Flavours"
January 2009 - This marks the beginning of Patchworks' collaboration with Kopitiam to place "Patchwork Of Flavours" (POF) at 11 Kopitiam outlets around Singapore. The collaboration kicked off on the 17th of January with a mini-launch of the Chinese Edition of POF at Sembawang Shopping Centre's Kopitiam with a book-sale cum cooking demonstration. We were honoured to have two of our recipe contributors personally demonstrate how to prepare their featured recipes to the crowd. The audience was invited to feast their taste buds on Aunty Anna's Stuffed Tau Pok and Aunty Seeni's Simple Fried Putumayam - innovative and novel recipes that are a representation of their love and creativity - not just for cooking but also for their loved ones whom they prepare it for.
