NTU WSC - RSPHI
Regular Service Project (Hearing Impaired) was set up under NTU Welfare Services Club with the objective of helping the hearing impaired community through our weekly tuition programme for Hearing Impaired children and teenagers, and also basic Chinese course held for the Hearing Impaired adults.
