Our photoshoot this year is held on a beautiful Saturday in school!
For this photoshoot, we focused a lot on the tiny details of the photoshoot to maintain our tradition and a meaningful representation of the club. This includes combining the concept of an outdoor shoot and a LT shoot which we only did either one for the previous years. As the photoshoot is done in school, the backgrounds we used are both scenic and reflective of the nature of the subcommittees. We hope these photos invoke many nostalgic memories in many years to come!

We recently held our 2D1N Campout event at Pulau Hantu. For the second year running, this year’s Campout is jointly organised by FOOT’16 and Tr9k. Despite its intimidating name, Pulau Hantu is a beautiful and idyllic getaway for many. It is actually made up of two islets: Hantu Besar and Hantu Kecil. The island still preserves a rich variety of marine life which is an eye opener for city dwellers like us.
To get the different subcommittee members to know one another, the subcommers are grouped into Da Bao, Dou Shao Bao, Nai Huang Bao and Xiao Long Bao which are the names of the different steamed buns. The groups played a round of station games before coming together for a fun and showery mass game.
After that, some of the subcommers had a go at the jetty jump before beginning our traditional outdoor cooking for dinner.
It is definitely the best way to spend the first weekend of the new semester!

Bang Bang Balls is Adsp9rts’ first family event that brings the whole ODAC family together again after the ODAC BBQ in September. As the name implies, we had a lot fun playing bubble soccer. Other than the regular bubble soccer, we had Bubble Invasion and Royal Rumble. In Bubble Invasion, the 2 teams are allocated a ‘house’. Upon the blow of the whistle, players are to attempt to invade and take over opposing team’s ‘house’ with all team members in it. The teams with the higher score wins! Finally, all the teams will send their best player for the last mass game: Royal Rumble! The rule is simple for this one, the last one standing wins. It was the first time we played bubble soccer for many of us. Bubble soccer is not as easy as it seems and we definitely would want to play it again!
A big thank you to Adsp9rts for bring the ODAC family closer!
